Store Policies

California Residents will be charged sales tax.

We are currently not shipping books to non-U.S. addresses. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing a book, please send an e-mail to info@mathtv.com and we will keep you informed of future developments.

Returns Policy:

• You may return your book up to 30 days following the invoice date.
• Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap.
• Customer pays return shipping.
• Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required; you will be issued a return authorization number upon approval. Send an e-mail to info@mathtv.com to receive a return authorization number.

Refund Policy

• Credit will be applied to the original credit card used for prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

• Online membership purchases are final.
• Online memberships are non-recurring. Your credit card will not be charged automatically when your current subscription ends.
